Build Invest Bulgaria was awarded the prestigious "Investor of the Year 2019" title for the Sofia City region at the M 2 Annual Construction Awards. The company was recognized for its Amaya Residence project, which was the largest completed residential complex by area in Sofia for 2019. This is the second accolade for the Amaya Residence gated residential complex, following its nomination in the "Building of the Year" competition in 2019. Held for the eighth consecutive year, the M 2 Annual Construction Awards celebrate the most active investors, architects, builders, and consultants based on completed square meters of gross built-up area. The rankings are based solely on actual figures for square meters of gross built-up area invested, designed, constructed, and completed with Act 16 authorization.
